NEW CHALLENGES MOTIVATE ME
Crisis management is one of the most arduous areas of my work, but one of the most satisfying. When there is a crisis, I prepare for a tough battle with all the tools at my fingertips. Then success is assured.
Raising communication in new settings is a challenge that I am passionate about: when everything changes, communication works best. And it is also when I find it most necessary.
I enjoy setting the communication strategy of the brands in new scenarios: pointing out the objectives to be achieved, outlining the way forward and the tools that will be used.
Results are my challenge: there is nothing more satisfying than achieving an ambitious goal with a client. Because communication that is not measured does not work.
Events give me adrenaline and their end result must be the best: organizing them, directing their production and, finally, presenting them, are my favorite projects, be they virtual or face-to-face events.
TRAINING AND CONFERENCES
Providing training and conferences on communication, branding and positioning allows me to share my experience and add value so that other companies can apply the strategies and actions that work.
I defend a more strategic role for Communication Directors in companies, as the path that will help companies improve their results. Their role within the Management Committees are fundamental.
